IT Operations Specialist with German

Your mission:
  • Support the IT Operations team in setting up new clinics remotely, including hardware and software configuration.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to our software and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate requests and issues with product management, software developers, on-site technicians, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and status updates.
  • Handle tickets related to managing employees' access, software installation, and configuration, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to security protocols.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for both Windows and MacOS platforms.
  • Write comprehensive documentation to ensure smooth workflow and knowledge transfer within the team.
Your talent:
  • Experience in installing and managing Windows operating systems on server/clients and various software applications.
  • Familiarity in using online collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, and others for managing accesses and documentation.
  • Strong sense of customer support and service, with a goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident demeanor with excellent communication skills, both in German (at least C1 level) and English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
