Wir bieten eine spannende Möglichkeit, ein Praktikum in einem führenden Health Tech Startup zu absolvieren.

In der Rolle kannst du praktische Erfahrung in der Unterstützung verschiedener betrieblichen Funktionen innerhalb unseres Praxisnetzwerks sammeln. Darunter fällt der Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement und allgemeine betriebliche Aufgaben. In diesem Praktikum wird dir eine hervorragende Gelegenheit geboten, wertvolle Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung des Gesundheitswesens zu sammeln und maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens beizutragen.

Aufgaben:

Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung

Prozessverbesserung und -automatisierung, um Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren, Effizienz zu steigern und die Gesamtbetriebsleistung zu verbessern

Datenanalyse und Reporting

Betriebsdaten mithilfe von Excel analysieren, Erstellung von Reports von Trends zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung

Unterstützung und Optimierung im Einkauf

Mitwirken bei Einkaufprozessen für zahnmedizinisches Material, Lieferantenrecherche, Preisvergleiche, Bestandsverwaltung, Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Kosteneinsparung

Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements

Implementierung von Qualitätssicherungsprotokollen und Standards für zahnärztliche Leistungen, Datenerfassung, Dokumentation, Compliance Monitoring

Qualifikation:

Student*in eines Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurstudiengangs an einer renommierten Hochschule/Universität
4. Semester des Bachelors abgeschlossen
Idealerweise bereits erste relevante Praxiserfahrungen in den Bereichen Einkauf, Logistik oder Supply Chain
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und Erfahrung mit Datenanalysen und Excel
Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Mindestens 3 bis 6 Monate zeitlich verfügbar

This role will provide hands-on experience in supporting various operational functions within our network of dental clinics, including procurement, quality management, and general operations tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain valuable experience in healthcare digitalization and contribute to the success of our organization.

Your mission:

Process Improvement Projects:

Drive process improvement and automation projects to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall operational performance of the clinics

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize Excel skills to analyze operational data, generate reports, and identify trends to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives

Procurement Support and Optimization:

Assist in the procurement process for dental supplies and equipment, including vendor research, price comparison, inventory management to support clinic operations, identify cost saving opportunities

Quality Management Implementation:

Implement quality assurance protocols and standards for dental services, including data collection, documentation, and compliance tracking

Your talent:

Student of a business or engineering degree program at a renowned university
Completed 4th semester of the bachelor's degree
Ideally already have some relevant practical experience in the areas of procurement or supply chain
Strong analytical skills, as well as a good understanding of numbers and experience with data analysis and Excel
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
Available for at least 3 to 6 months
