Operations Performance Manager with German (Procurement)

Was erwartet Dich:

Execute procurement activities for the dental segment of our digi-physical healthcare business, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
Drive process automation initiatives to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify opportunities to implement tools and technologies to optimize our operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and develop solutions to meet business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and emerging technologies.
Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and tools.

Was bringst Du mit:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or operations management.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.
Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1).
Proven track record of driving process automation and implementing tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
