Operations Performance Manager with German (Procurement)

Was erwartet Dich:
  • Execute procurement activities for the dental segment of our digi-physical healthcare business, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.

  • Drive process automation initiatives to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities to implement tools and technologies to optimize our operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and develop solutions to meet business objectives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and emerging technologies.

  • Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, quality, and delivery metrics.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and tools.

Was bringst Du mit:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or operations management.

  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.

  • Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1).

  • Proven track record of driving process automation and implementing tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus.
