3+ years of experience in quality management roles
Understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, such as ISO standards and Lean Six Sigma.
Basic knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization protocols, and patient safety principles in dental settings
Familiarity with auditing principles and experience in supporting internal and external audits.
Experience with using data analytics tools, as well as digital tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and contribute to effective solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in German and English, with good written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
