Quality Control Manager with German

Was erwartet Dich:
  • Support in establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and protocols to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the dental space.

  • Participate in monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of quality management processes, contributing to identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including dental providers and clinic managers, to promote adherence to quality standards and best practices in dental care delivery.

  • Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate dental staff on quality management principles, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols.

  • Assist in the management of adverse events, incidents, and customer complaints, contributing to appropriate investigation, resolution, and reporting.

  • Support in collaborating with regulatory bodies and participating in external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Contribute to monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to quality and patient safety, analyzing data, and providing reports to senior management.

  • Stay informed about evolving regulations, guidelines, and industry trends in the dental space, assisting in assessing their impact and implementing necessary adjustments to the quality management system.

Was bringst Du mit:
  • 3+ years of experience in quality management roles

  • Understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, such as ISO standards and Lean Six Sigma.

  • Basic knowledge of infection control practices, sterilization protocols, and patient safety principles in dental settings

  • Familiarity with auditing principles and experience in supporting internal and external audits.

  • Experience with using data analytics tools, as well as digital tools 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and contribute to effective solutions.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluency in German and English, with good written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
