Develop various types of financial models for corporate planning and valuation

Support C-level in the evaluation of strategic opportunities, including go-to-market, M&A and capital structure decisions

Prepare materials such as shareholder information, management presentations and strategic reviews

Support with capital raising

2 - 3 years of experience as a senior analyst or in an associate position in a top-tier investment bank / PE fund

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Strong quantitative and analytical skills, especially financial modeling and valuation

Very good communication and networking skills

Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments and excellent time management skills

Fluency in English (C1) 

Knowledge / interest in the healthcare sector will be considered as an advantage
